1. Who we are
Astraa Systems (“Astraa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business tools and Workspace access for estimating, finance visibility, expense tracking, operations support, commerce workflows, data workflows, distribution workflows, records, and related business utilities. Astraa is operated from British Columbia, Canada.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, contact us, request access, use Astraa Workspace, use demos, participate in a trial, purchase a package, or use our tools.
3. Information we may collect
- Contact information, including name, email address, business name, phone number, role, and message content.
- Workspace and account information, including trial status, selected package, tool interest, access type, customer type, and setup information.
- Tool information entered by users, including estimate inputs, expense entries, finance planning inputs, operations tasks, summaries, uploaded files if enabled, and related business records.
- Technical information, including browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, time of access, diagnostic logs, and browser storage values used for demos or Workspace access.
- Payment-related information handled by third-party payment providers. Astraa does not intend to store full payment card numbers directly unless expressly stated.
4. How we use information
- To provide the website, Workspace, demos, trial access, and tool functionality.
- To respond to inquiries, support requests, onboarding requests, and account setup needs.
- To assign tools, process package requests, support payments, and manage Workspace access.
- To generate outputs, summaries, reports, previews, or workflow information requested by users.
- To improve reliability, security, usability, and workflow clarity.
- To prevent misuse, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
5. Supporting technology and internal systems
Astraa may use internal software systems, automation, routing layers, analytical components, AI-assisted processes, and other supporting technologies to provide, process, generate, route, secure, or improve Workspace functions and tool outputs. Public tool names are designed to help users understand what they are using, while internal service delivery methods may differ and may change over time.
6. Consent
By using Astraa, submitting information, registering for trial access, or using Workspace tools, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by contacting Astraa, subject to legal, billing, security, contractual, or service-related limits.
7. Limiting collection
Astraa aims to collect only information reasonably needed for the stated purposes. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information unless specifically required for the service.
8. Sharing information
Astraa may share information with hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, support providers, analytics or diagnostic providers, security providers, contractors, advisors, or authorities where required by law. Astraa does not sell personal information as a standalone product.

Astraa may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email, analytics, support, or security. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Astraa may store or process information in Canada or other jurisdictions depending on the providers used. Information processed outside a user’s province or country may be subject to laws of that jurisdiction.

Astraa uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the current stage of the service. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Retention
Astraa retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, legal obligations, billing, security, dispute resolution, and business records. Trial data may be deleted, limited, archived, or made unavailable after trial access ends.
13. Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting Astraa. Astraa may need to verify identity and may refuse or limit requests where permitted or required by law.
14. Cookies and browser storage
Astraa may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for website functionality, Workspace access, trial/demo status, preferences, and security. Clearing browser storage may affect access or demo limits.
15. Children
Astraa is intended for business, organizational, and adult users. Astraa does not knowingly target children.
16. Changes
Astraa may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the updated policy.
