1. Purpose

Astraa trial access is intended to help users evaluate Astraa Workspace and selected tools before choosing a paid package.

2. Trial length

Unless otherwise stated, Astraa trial access may be offered for up to 15 days. Astraa may change, limit, pause, extend, or end trial access at its discretion.

3. Estimator trial limit

Where applicable, Astraa Estimator trial use may be limited to 15 estimates total over 15 days, with no more than 1 estimate per day. Astraa may apply different limits depending on customer type, promotion, testing phase, or internal approval.

4. Single-use demos

Public tool pages may include single-use demos. These demos provide a simple preview and may use browser storage to prevent repeated use from the same browser.

5. Trial tools and previews

Trial access may not include all paid features. Some tools may be active, limited, preview-only, or unavailable during trial access.

6. Day 16 and trial end

At the end of the trial, access may be suspended, limited, or converted to a paid package. Astraa may archive trial data for a limited period for support, security, legal, or account purposes before deletion or permanent limitation. Users should not rely on trial access as permanent storage.

7. No guarantee of continued free access

Trial access does not guarantee continued free access after the trial ends. Continued use may require selecting a paid package, custom setup, or written approval from Astraa.

8. Conversion to paid access

Users may choose to convert from trial access to a paid package. Package features, users, limits, and access rights may differ from trial access.

9. Packages

Basic is generally intended for single-user or light-use access. Professional is generally intended for fuller Workspace access and may include a set number of users with additional users available for an added fee. Custom packages may include users, contractors, locations, support, and setup terms built into the quoted package.

10. Finance access

Business customers may receive Personal Finance and Business Finance depending on package access. Personal or non-business customers may receive Personal Finance only, with pricing adjusted lower than equivalent business access. Non-profit access may follow a simplified Non-Profit Workspace package.

11. Contractor and franchise access

Contractor, guest, franchise, and multi-location access may require custom setup or written approval. Astraa may limit contractor or guest access by tool, organization, project, role, date, or Workspace assignment.

12. Trial misuse

Astraa may suspend or end trial access for unauthorized access attempts, circumvention of limits, false information, credential sharing, reverse engineering, malicious content, unlawful use, or activity that may harm Astraa, users, or third parties.

13. Trial outputs

Trial outputs are for evaluation, planning, and informational purposes only. They are not professional advice, final quotes, contracts, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, engineering advice, HR advice, or compliance advice.

14. Payment after trial

If a user chooses a paid package after trial, payment terms, package limits, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund rules will be governed by the applicable checkout page, pricing page, invoice, agreement, or written terms.

15. Privacy during trial

Astraa may collect and process trial information as described in the Privacy Policy. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

16. No warranty during trial

Trial access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Astraa does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or permanently available trial access.
